We use the best materials such as, real plywood sheathing , not pressboard; R-15 insulation in walls, not R-13; all Doug Fir lumber , not hem or spruce; 400 SERIES Andersen windows , not 200 series, Schlage door knobs , not Kwiksets , all Decora outlets & switches, etc. etc. |

We are easy to work with and are very accommodating with changes and/or selections. |

We clean up all construction debris immediately after any roof removals, and every Friday the job is in progress. You will not have an unsightly dumpster in front of your house for 3 or more months. |

My architect will provide computerized drawings of different room layouts and different facades so we can fine-tune the job to suit your taste. |
